Description

The Graduate in Training (Human Resources) position at Eskom Distribution – Limlanga Cluster, Polokwane, is a 24-month internship designed to provide graduates with practical experience in all key areas of Human Resources. The programme offers exposure to HR functions such as skills planning, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, HR information management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with skills planning and workforce development initiatives
• Support employee pay, benefits, and conditions of service processes
• Contribute to talent sourcing and recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR information and records
• Assist in learning and development programmes and training coordination

Qualifications

• Qualification: BCom or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, or Social Science (NQF Level 7 with 360 credits)
• Experience: No prior work experience required
• Skills: Good communication, teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude
• Other: Must be willing to undergo a 24-month structured training programme within Eskom’s Human Resources department
